Return, Replacement & Service Policy – Right Human

Return Policy

Definition:

The term “Return” refers to the action of giving back the purchased item by the Buyer to the Seller on the Right Human platform.

Return requests shall only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Product was defective or damaged during shipping

  • Wrong item was delivered by the Seller

  • Product or parts were missing at the time of delivery

  • Machine has a technical manufacturing issue

Important Points to Note:

  1. Right Human deals in business machines and commercial-use equipment. Therefore, there is no return policy based on business performance or customer satisfaction.

  2. Since these are business machines, business results depend upon the Buyer’s efforts, market conditions, and usage. In some cases, a customer may not achieve expected business results despite the machine functioning properly. Therefore, machines cannot be returned due to low business performance or business loss.

  3. We encourage Buyers to carefully review the product specifications before making a purchase decision. If a Buyer orders the wrong item, he/she shall not be eligible for return or refund.

  4. If there is any technical issue in the machine, the Buyer must first contact the Right Human Service Team for troubleshooting and support.

  5. In case any machine part is found defective:

    • Right Human will provide replacement parts free of cost (as applicable under warranty).

    • Buyer shall be required to return the defective part to us.

    • Technical assistance shall be provided by our support team.

  6. If the machine still does not function properly after replacement of defective parts, then machine replacement (piece-to-piece replacement) may be considered by Right Human after proper inspection and approval.

  7. Certain machines, such as Snow Flake Machines and other technical equipment, may require local technician support. Since customers may not be able to repair such machines themselves:

    • Buyer shall arrange a local technician (such as AC technician or relevant service person) at their location.

    • Right Human’s technical team will guide the technician regarding repair procedures.

    • After successful repair, service charges shall be reimbursed/paid by Right Human, subject to approval.

  8. Right Human does not provide onsite guarantee or onsite warranty for any machine. All service support shall be provided remotely through call, video support, or technical guidance.

  9. Seller may accept replacement support irrespective of policy if deemed necessary.

Replacement Policy

Definition:

“Replacement” means replacing a defective or damaged machine or part with another of the same type.

A Buyer may request replacement only in the following cases:

  • Machine damaged during shipping

  • Defective machine or defective part

  • Dead on Arrival (DOA)

  • Missing parts or accessories

  • Wrong item delivered

Process for Replacement Request:

  1. Buyer must contact Right Human Customer Support within the applicable support period.

  2. Buyer shall be required to explain the issue and provide necessary proof, including:

    • Photos/videos of the issue

    • Machine details

    • Invoice/order details

  3. Right Human technical team will first attempt to resolve the issue through:

    • Phone support

    • Video call assistance

    • Troubleshooting guidance

    • Replacement of defective parts

  4. If the issue is not resolved even after technical support and replacement of parts, piece-to-piece replacement may be approved by Right Human.

  5. Buyer must return the defective part/machine (if requested) before replacement is processed.

  6. Business performance, low profit, lack of usage, or inability to run the business shall not be considered valid reasons for return or replacement.

  7. All approved replacement shipping charges shall be borne by Right Human.


Warranty & Service Support

  • Right Human provides technical service support for machines.

  • Warranty is applicable only for manufacturing defects and machine-related technical problems.

  • Warranty does not cover misuse, negligence, accidental damage, improper handling, or business loss.

  • No onsite warranty or onsite guarantee is provided on any machine.

  • Service support shall be provided remotely through calls, videos, and technical assistance.
